We share a written estimate on call or WhatsApp before work begins. No repair starts without your approval. The inspection charge, where applicable, is adjusted in full when you approve the repair.
Replacement parts are genuine with MRP billing. Old parts are handed back to you after fitting. Manufacturer warranty on spares applies as per the part maker.
Up to 90-day service warranty on labour for the same fault, valid with the digital bill. Warranty does not cover fresh faults, physical damage, voltage damage, or tampering after our visit.
Payment is due after the repair and a successful test wash cycle. We accept UPI, cards and cash. Digital receipt is shared on WhatsApp.
Same-day slots are subject to technician availability; we confirm a time window at booking and notify you of delays. Rare drum-bearing overhauls needing workshop pickup include free return delivery within the committed date.
Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the slot. If the technician has already reached your door, the inspection charge applies. See our Refund Policy.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or losses from delayed manufacturer spare availability.
